Overview job description

• Managing Operational/ Asset objectives from the planning, scheduling and progress reporting standpoint.
• Serving as focal point in the preparation, maintenance, progressing and reporting of the Asset Integrated Schedules.
• In line with plan entry criteria (PEC) serve as focal point in the identification / requirement of all material and work pack related budget scopes.
• Supporting the OIM and TMM in the management and levelling of offshore personnel (i.e. core crew and visitors) within the allowable POB for the Asset.
• Supporting the Technical and Maintenance Manager in the preparation of Level 4 critical Maintenance Schedule.

Applicants to this role require

• Minimum HNC requirement in a technical discipline i.e. Engineering.
• 10 Years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas Industry.
• Offshore experience is highly advantageous.
• FPSO experience.
• Be familiar with Shutdown and Offshore operations.
• Excellent computer skills; Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Good working understanding of computerized maintenance systems (i.e. Maximo, SAP and IFS).
