Exclusive part time permanent opportunity for a Finance Assistant to join a specialist service company based in the North of Aberdeen. This would be a varied position in which would you would be involved with accounts payable and accounts receivable, bookkeeping, invoices and credit control.

    

Working closely with the Finance Manager, duties and responsibilities include:

  • Creating new customers in accounts system.
  • Accounts payable and accounts receivable.
  • Processing all employee expenses.
  • Processing petty cash and reconciling on a monthly basis.
  • Chasing outstanding payments.
  • Daily banking.

     

Experience Required:

  • Experience in a similar varied accounts role.
  • Experience using Dynamics Navision (Advantageous).
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills.
