Part-Time Project Admin Assistant / Document Controller
Located to the West of Aberdeen we are supporting with the appointment of a Document Controller / Project Administrator on a permanent basis.
This is a part-time role, working x3 full days per week. Previous experience within these areas would be essential for this fast paced and varied position.
Duties will include:
- Supporting document Control Department.
- Amending documents in MS Office.
- Managing documents via online platforms.
- Document formatting, including orientation, charts, watermarks, bookmarks and references.
- Complete formatting, alignment, formulae and pictures.
- Converting documents via Adobe.
- Utilising document control management systems.
- Creating and splitting PDF files.
Candidates should:
- Possess an excellent telephone manner.
- Have advanced MS Word.
- Have advanced MS Excel.
