Rate: Commensurate with experience

Located to the West of Aberdeen we are supporting with the appointment of a Document Controller / Project Administrator on a permanent basis.

This is a part-time role, working x3 full days per week. Previous experience within these areas would be essential for this fast paced and varied position.    

Duties will include:

  • Supporting document Control Department.
  • Amending documents in MS Office.
  • Managing documents via online platforms.
  • Document formatting, including orientation, charts, watermarks, bookmarks and references.
  • Complete formatting, alignment, formulae and pictures.
  • Converting documents via Adobe.
  • Utilising document control management systems.
  • Creating and splitting PDF files.

Candidates should:

  • Possess an excellent telephone manner.
  • Have advanced MS Word.
  • Have advanced MS Excel.
