Overview job description

You will be a focal point and provider of exceptional customer service for the company’s offshore and project teams. Working closely with Project Managers and the Personnel Logistics Manager, you will ensure that crew are mobilised safely and in compliance with relevant policies and legislation, and that project crewing needs are met.

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Being part of the forward planning of crews and crew selection.
  • Sourcing personnel form third-party providers when needed.
  • Communicating with offshore staff with regards to any queries, crew changes, expenses etc.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for personnel movements.
  • Ensuring that all required documentation (visas, work permits etc.) and certifications are up to date before travel.
  • Ensuring invoices for external suppliers are tracked and checked.
  • Occasionally visiting vessels when they are in port.
  • Participating in on-call rota.


Applicants to this role require

  • Previous experience of Personnel Logistics.
  • Excellent communication and teamworking skills.
  • Exceptional organisational skills to hit deadlines and coordinate different projects.
  • Adaptability to suit changing operational requirements and the ability to problem solve.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft packages.
