Main duties and responsibilities

• Developing budget/tender/project schedules (Microsoft Project).
• Developing and producing contract control schedules (Primavera P6).
• Developing and producing project reporting packages for internal and external purposes (Excel).
• Developing and producing ad-hoc schedules where required, whether for project or non-project purposes.
• Monitoring and reporting progress on projects, identifying trends/issues and provide corrective measures in an advisory capacity to the Project Manager.
• Interfacing with client planning and subcontractor personnel in all relevant matters with assistance from Senior peers (as required).

Applicants to this role require

• Considerable and relevant planning experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
• Oracle Primavera P6 Certification and experience.
• Microsoft project experience.
• Excellent organisation skills.
• Planning/project control qualifications.
• Subsea industry experience.
• Oracle Primavera risk analysis certification and experience.
