Main duties and responsibilities:

• Setting up and maintaining project accounts in Oracle, including budgets, customer agreements, and requisitions.
• Reviewing invoices, PO reports, and project P&Ls with Managers to ensure accurate financial data.
• Tracking project costs, revenue, and investigating variances.
• Preparing accruals and reclasses for project costs.
• Performing reconciliations of project costs, investigating any discrepancies.
• Reporting on project profitability and ensuring timely completion of financial close activities.
• Setting up intercompany transactions.
• Supporting QHSE initiatives, ensuring compliance with policies, and contributing to a safe working environment.

Applicants to this role require:

• Experience in a similar project accounting role desirable, but not essential as training can be provided.
• Administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Oracle is highly advantageous.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with project teams.
• Minimum Higher (or equivalent) qualification in Maths and English.
