Project/Programme Coordinator - VR/30789
A client is currently seeking a highly organised and proactive individual to provide essential administrative and project support for 6-12 months. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a critical service by ensuring smooth project coordination and compliance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Providing general administrative support and assisting the Programme Manager in the day-to-day management of the project.
- Supporting the management of subcontractors and coordinating with key stakeholders.
- Working alongside management to ensure all location requirements are met according to the project schedule.
- Maintaining and updating key programme records.
- Assisting with forecasting planned activities.
- Collating data for quarterly Management Board meetings and monthly KPI reporting.
- Taking minutes during project meetings and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, processes, and procedures, escalating any exceptions to the Programme Manager.
- Preparing and managing document archives to meet client audit requirements.
- Undertaking other tasks as designated by the Programme Manager.
Applicants to this role require:
- Previous experience working on projects and understanding project fundamentals.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Can work independently and managing priorities effectively.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
