Based in the QHSE Department, this role deals with Document Control, providing software support and administrative assistance. This role will also be involved with supporting QHSE to ensure all policies and regulatory standards are followed and adhered to.

Typical duties include, but are not limited to:

• Document control.
• Updating internal systems and documents.
• Advising on QHSE policies and procedures.
• Leading external audits.
• Completing internal audits in line with ISO accreditation.
• Carrying out QHSE tender questionnaires.
• Implementing improvements and evaluating QHSE management system.
• Ad-hoc duties as required.

The successful incumbent should have:

• NEBOSH NB: this would be desired, however the willingness to undertake / complete this program would be essential.
• A minimum of x5 years document control experience.
• IT literate.
• Experience / relevant auditing qualifications.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to plan, motivate and lead.
• Able to apply and acquire legal, technical and regulatory information.
