QHSE Advisor & Document Controller - VR/21195
Opportunity for an experienced Document Controller / QHSE Advisor to join a respected organisation in Westhill. This permanent opportunity offers a 50/50 split between the above roles and the chance to get involved in a wide range of tasks. Experience with audits, compliance and ISO accreditation would be essential. NEBOSH would be a desired requirement also.
Based in the QHSE Department, this role deals with Document Control, providing software support and administrative assistance. This role will also be involved with supporting QHSE to ensure all policies and regulatory standards are followed and adhered to.
Typical duties include, but are not limited to:
- Document control.
- Updating internal systems and documents.
- Advising on QHSE policies and procedures.
- Leading external audits.
- Completing internal audits in line with ISO accreditation.
- Carrying out QHSE tender questionnaires.
- Implementing improvements and evaluating QHSE management system.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
The successful incumbent should have:
- NEBOSH NB: this would be desired, however the willingness to undertake / complete this program would be essential.
- A minimum of x5 years document control experience.
- IT literate.
- Experience / relevant auditing qualifications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to plan, motivate and lead.
- Able to apply and acquire legal, technical and regulatory information.
