Receptionist - VR/28329
Reputable company within the energy sector is looking for full time Receptionist to add to the team on a permanent basis. This position will allow the smooth running of day to day office duties, supporting with all clients, customers and employees to the business. Previous experience in a similar role is required, with a proven positive and driven work ethic.
Reporting to the Director of HR & QHSE, the Receptionist will be response for providing general office duties support to the business and relevant departments as and when required.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Reception Duties: dealing with incoming phone calls/visitors and handling all mail in accordance with the correct mailing procedure.
- Supporting with the entry of engineering drawings and BOMs into relevant software package.
- Supporting with the entry of new Purchase Item Requests into AX2012 and upkeep of the Outlook inbox.
- Filing design engineering documents/drawings.
- General office duties.
Applicants to this role require
- Minimum Standard Grades (National 5 equivalent) in Maths and English.
- Computer literate with working knowledge in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Standard grade in Administration desired but not essential.
- Good interpersonal skills, with excellent telephone manner and positive attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively both on the phone and in person.
- Well organised.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Motivated and ambitious.
