They are seeking an experienced Relationship Manager (Training) to join their dedicated team and contribute to their core commercial activities, focusing on training and development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering performance targets related to the organisation's core commercial activities, focusing on training from initial enquiry through to booking and payment.
  • Collaborating with the Commercial Manager to generate and convert quality leads.
  • Monitoring course fill rates and taking action to optimise attendance.
  • Developing and implementing marketing content and activities with colleagues to generate leads and sales.
  • Liaising with the Business Services Team and trainers to ensure smooth course delivery and manage training materials.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with members, promoting additional benefits such as advertising platforms.
  • Developing tailored training packages for members, addressing their ongoing needs.
  • Staying informed about member business objectives to enhance retention and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Actively recruiting new members, particularly through training opportunities.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and ensuring timely reporting, following all processes and procedures to support commercial targets.

  • Proven experience in a busy, target-driven environment, managing high volumes of training enquiries.
  • Strong administrative skills with a focus on delivering an exceptional client experience.
  • A customer service champion with the ability to build lasting commercial relationships.
  • A proactive self-starter with a strong work ethic and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
