Rental Coordinator - VR/26043
Rental Coordinator required to join our client’s Commercial Team, managing incoming and outgoing rentals. In your role, you’ll book rentals on the company’s system, capture additional costs and coordinate invoices with the Finance Team.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Managing incoming and outgoing rentals.
- Booking rentals on the company’s system.
- Generating new sales documents.
- Communicating with customers regarding logistics and on/off hire dates.
- Assisting the Sales Team with general tasks.
- Updating various business records.
