Sales Administrator - VR/31019
A well-regarded organisation based in Insch is seeking a Sales Administrator to provide vital support with day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a dynamic, professional team and make an immediate impact. The role is short-term and temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performing general office administration duties.
- Professionally handling incoming calls and directing them within the business.
- Managing all incoming and outgoing mail.
- Generating project certification packages.
- Raising and processing purchase orders using Sage 50.
- Preparing and updating delivery notes.
- Providing admin support for client portal management.
- Assisting with other tasks as assigned by management.
- Complying with PPE requirements and health and safety regulations.
Applicants to this role require:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Experience generating certification packages.
- Familiarity with purchasing processes and raising purchase orders.
- Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
- Working knowledge of Sage 50 is desirable.
- Accurate and detail oriented.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude.
