Join a recognised global leader in the Energy industry as an SCM Administrator for an initial period of 6 months.

    

As SCM Administrator, you’ll provide support to the Offshore Resources team with the following:

     

  • Inputting of requisitions into SAP, creating service entry sheets, updating & circulating periodic reports and expediting where required.
  • Utilising systems to support the provision of relevant metrics, whilst operating within standardised SCM policies, processes and systems.
  • Working within cross-functional teams.
  • Producing reports and logs for all relevant internal parties, proactively highlighting issues to ensure these are identified and addressed.

     

Applicants to this position should have previous experience in a similar role within SCM/Procurement, ideally within the oil & gas industry. You’ll need excellent communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative, with minimal supervision. Experience of SAP is highly desirable.
