Reporting to the Finance Project Manager, your role will involve:

• Ensuring accurate and timely financials for relevant programs in accordance with corporate polices and guidelines.
• Conducting variation and financial analysis.
• Assisting in preparing of monthly internal and external reporting for assigned programs.
• Partnering with Operational Regional Business Group Leads and Project Managers and providing support and recommendations for opportunities for business improvement.
• Supporting the Finance Project Manager in developing a short term and long term plan as well as rolling 15 month forecast for programs.
• Recording forecast and free cash flow at the project level.
• Analytics for bid review preparation, development and decision making.
• Working with the FP&A Leads to support investment look backs and profitability analysis on programs.
• Supporting development of CAPEX model and applicable approval processes for specific capital expenditure.
• Assisting the Finance Project Manager in internal and external audit and regulatory reporting/compliance.
• Helping to drive implementation of financial standards in the organisation.

Applicants to this role require:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or equivalent experience.
• Extensive accounting and finance experience.
• Working knowledge of cost accounting principles.
• Familiarity with reporting under local statutory reporting requirements.
• Basic understanding of modelling concepts.
