Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing and overseeing the tendering process, ensuring compliance with commercial guidelines.
  • Reviewing and evaluating tender bids, maintaining consistency across submissions.
  • Supporting Business Development and Sales Teams in identifying new opportunities.
  • Coordinating the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals.
  • Analysing client requirements, perform cost calculations, and conduct risk assessments.
  • Engaging with subcontractors, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to facilitate bid development.
  • Leading reviews with executive teams to approve risk strategies and bid approaches.
  • Ensuring high-quality standards across all tender documentation.

          

About You:

  • Proven experience in tender management within the maritime, offshore, or renewables sector.
  • Familiarity with offshore survey operations, including subsea inspection, cable surveys, and seabed clearance, is beneficial.
  • Strong understanding of commercial risk and strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex proposals simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confident in engaging with stakeholders.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at working under deadlines.
