Seeking a full-time Service Administrator for a permanent role with an independent provider of critical power systems and industrial batteries. Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required.

   

In this role you will be supporting ordering of equipment, track delivery timelines, and liaising with suppliers.

       

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Handling customer inquiries and resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Preparing job reports, service documents, and invoices.
  • Scheduling service jobs and arrange travel and accommodation for Service Engineers as needed.
  • Keeping service records and documentation accurate and current.
  • Monitoring and following up on customer Purchase Orders.
  • Upholding service quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in service administration.

  • Experience in purchasing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Customer focused, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach to work.
