Service Administrator - VR/31633
Seeking a full-time Service Administrator for a permanent role with an independent provider of critical power systems and industrial batteries. Strong organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required.
In this role you will be supporting ordering of equipment, track delivery timelines, and liaising with suppliers.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
- Preparing job reports, service documents, and invoices.
- Scheduling service jobs and arrange travel and accommodation for Service Engineers as needed.
- Keeping service records and documentation accurate and current.
- Monitoring and following up on customer Purchase Orders.
- Upholding service quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Supporting process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in service administration.

- Experience in purchasing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with a high attention to detail.
- Customer focused, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach to work.
