Overview:

Contribute to the development of the clients’ SharePoint online environment and provide day-to-day maintenance and user support for SharePoint-based systems.

            

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with individual users and departments, on an ongoing basis, to identify new areas where SharePoint can be leveraged.
  • Regular review of content and structure to ensure business relevance and consistency of branding.
  • Providing support and services for users.
  • Guidance to departments within the business on the structure of their sites.
  • Encouraging user adoption and contributing to the development of a business wide understanding of the potential of SharePoint.
  • Identifying and designing training materials and making resources available to users.
  • Organising and delivering demonstration and training sessions.
  • Developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, PowerApps and Power BI).
  • Communicating and collaborating with wider Office 365 Team.

        

Desirable Skills & Experiences:

  • Experience with SharePoint Online at Site Owner level.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
  • Experience of working on/contributing to SharePoint site design and build.
  • Experience of designing content templates and setting content standards to ensure content is managed consistently for SharePoint.
  • Experience of change management – designing and delivering communication plans, designing content governance frameworks, reviewing and approval of significant content changes
  • Superb collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Design thinking approach.
