We are looking to recruit a Storeperson on a permanent staff basis for our client based in Dyce.

    

This position entails preparing, handling and coordinating all incoming/outgoing deliveries including receipt and initial QC inspection of goods in.  Also, conducting final inspections of goods out and ordering and packing of projects for dispatch. Occasional driving and stock control duties also as required.

        

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Carrying out goods in and out inspections.
  • Receipting materials in a timely manner whilst maintaining stores records, including but not limited to certificates and delivery notes.
  • Ensuring delivery notes are passed to the Supply Chain Department in a timely manner and notifying Purchasing of delivery errors/discrepancies and working with them to resolve.
  • Movement of materials transferring in and out of stock.
  • Undertaking end of year stock count.

        

Applicants to this role require

  • Previous warehousing/stores experience.
  • Full Drivers Licence.
  • Forklift licence preferred but not essential.
