This role leads the implementation of a major HR technology platform and related projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and aligned with organisational objectives.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end delivery of HR system implementation.
- Defining project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Coordinating internal teams and external partners.
- Overseeing system configuration, integration, data migration, and testing.
- Ensuring compliance with data security and regulatory standards.
- Driving stakeholder engagement and facilitating workshops.
- Managing vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Conducting post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Qualifications & Competencies
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively with strong organisational skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Solid understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compensation, and performance management.
- Previous experience in system integration, data migration, and reporting tools.
- Analytical thinker with a keen eye for details and problem-solving aptitude.
- Comfortable handling multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
