You will hold an ICAS / CTA or equivalent qualification and will possess prior M&A experience, with strong UK Corporate Tax knowledge and sound awareness of other tax and accounting areas to include tax due diligence, structuring and advisory. 

The successful candidate will be analytical with a commercial approach to resolving issues.
