Temporary HR Advisor (full-time or part-time) - VR/28602
URGENT requirement for an experienced HR Advisor for a minimum of one month based in Aberdeen. Working for our third sector client, you would be contributing to a meaningful cause in a varied role which can be offered as either full-time or part-time. The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Main duties and responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Providing expert advice to both managers and employees on HR related issues.
- Supporting with employee relations activities such as disciplinaries, grievances and absence management.
- Assisting in reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures.
- Utilising data and information to explore ways to better meet the needs of the workforce.
Applicants to this role require:
- CIPD qualified (or working towards).
- Previous experience working in a similar role.
- Ability to work collaboratively and problem solve.
