• Supporting with meeting and greeting visitors.
• Directing incoming calls.
• Operating the switchboard.
• Mail. 
• Setting up meeting rooms.
• Data input.
• General administration duties.

These roles are integral to the organisations they are supporting and can be a great way to build and further develop your existing office experience.
