Office Support are working with a range of clients across a variety of sectors to provide temporary reception cover. Roles are varying in duration from a couple of days to a couple weeks. We have a range of exclusive clients across the City and Shire and this could be a great way to secure temporary employment before the festive period.
Reception duties can vary from client to client but tend to focus on:
- Supporting with meeting and greeting visitors.
- Directing incoming calls.
- Operating the switchboard.
- Setting up meeting rooms.
- Data input.
- General administration duties.
These roles are integral to the organisations they are supporting and can be a great way to build and further develop your existing office experience.
If you are curious about the personal attributes required, applicants should be:
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Give a great first impression.
- Well presented.
- Happy to go the extra mile.
You will be able to expand your interpersonal skills, alongside your experience working in various environments. Candidates working in this remit are often asked back to clients for future assignments and can widen their general office administration experience.
