Key Responsibilities:

• Compiling comprehensive and competitive offers within specified deadlines and budgets.
• Assisting in negotiating, drafting, and closing contracts in accordance with commercial and legal procedures.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring timely responses and alignment of clarifications.
• Supporting the Technical Team in delivering optimal technical and risk-assessed solutions, determining cost-price budgets, planning, and conducting risk analysis.
• Contributing to formulating winning strategies.

About You:

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Significant experience in the Subsea IRM, Construction, Decommissioning, or Marine industries.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with strong contractual knowledge and analytical abilities.
• Proven experience in tendering or project execution, including estimating, contract qualification, commercial documentation, negotiating, cost forecasting, and reporting.
• The ability to effectively manage your workload and meet project requirements within specified timescales.
• A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Law, Business, or Quantity Surveying.
