Training & Competence Coordinator - VR/25802
We are currently working on two fantastic, and very similar roles for Training & Competency Coordinators in Aberdeen. Both roles are a 12 month duration with the possibility of being longer term or permanent. If you’re an experienced T&C Coordinator with a proactive and motivated nature then please get in touch to discuss.
Duties may include
- Coordinating all training and competence administration for both onshore and offshore staff.
- Supporting the roll out of new training initiatives.
- Working with member of the L&D team to deliver projects.
- Liaising with external training providers.
- Providing effective training and competence reporting to the business.
- Responding to all training related queries in a timely manner.
Applicants to this role require
- Previous experience working within a similar Training & Competence role.
- Strong IT proficiency with intermediate Excel skills being desirable.
