TMM Recruitment is supporting an energy service company with a permanent Treasury Assistant position. This is a full-time position with hybrid working available based in the North of Aberdeen. Applicants should have experience of working in a similar role.

    

Key Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Daily banking duties for UK divisions.
  • Processing payments and receipts daily.
  • Liaising closing with the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Teams.
  • Processing all expenses in a timely manner, and dealing with any queries appropriately.
  • Assisting with monthly bank and expense reconciliations.

    

Applicants require:

  • Organised individual.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Produce high quality work, even when working to tight deadlines.
  • Previous accounting experience. (desirable).
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite. (desirable).
  • Ability to use own initiative, and also work as a strong team player.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
