Treasury Assistant - VR/25407
TMM Recruitment is supporting an energy service company with a permanent Treasury Assistant position. This is a full-time position with hybrid working available based in the North of Aberdeen. Applicants should have experience of working in a similar role.
Key Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Daily banking duties for UK divisions.
- Processing payments and receipts daily.
- Liaising closing with the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Teams.
- Processing all expenses in a timely manner, and dealing with any queries appropriately.
- Assisting with monthly bank and expense reconciliations.
Applicants require:
- Organised individual.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Produce high quality work, even when working to tight deadlines.
- Previous accounting experience. (desirable).
- Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite. (desirable).
- Ability to use own initiative, and also work as a strong team player.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
