Virtual Finance Function Assistant / Analyst - VR/24264
Fantastic opportunity to a Virtual Finance Function Analyst to join our client west of Aberdeen city centre. This is a permanent opportunity for a part qualified or newly qualified candidate to support during a period of significant growth. The role will involve data entry, bank reconciliations, bill payments, cash flow forecasting, tax compliance and strategic planning.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Co-ordinating accounts, audit and compliance work.
- Month end reporting, including forecasting.
- Day to day client management.
- Attending client meetings when appropriate to develop and strengthen client relations and gain exposure to client interactions.
- Demonstrating knowledge and understanding of the services offered by the department and the wider firm, and identify areas where the firm could assist clients.
Applicants to this role require
- ICAS / ACCA Qualified or Part Qualified.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong communication skills – both written and oral.
- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and relevant software packages.
- Problem solving skills.
- Good team player and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
- Ability to work on own initiative and to tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, with an ability to develop ideas into practice.
