We’re looking for a proactive and organised Workshop Foreman to support team leads and keep operations running smoothly across our 12 fabrication and welding teams. This is a hands-on role based on the shop floor — perfect for someone who thrives in a busy workshop environment and enjoys being at the heart of the action.

Working closely with the Operations Planner and QA/QC team, you’ll help ensure jobs are delivered on time, to specification, and with the high level of quality.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Supporting daily operations across multiple workshop teams.
• Working with team leads to keep projects on track and aligned with deadlines.
• Making sure work instructions are followed correctly across all areas.
• Reporting progress, updates, and any issues to the Operations Planner.
• Liaising with QA/QC to assist with quality checks and inspections.
• Ensuring standards, specifications, and timelines are consistently met.
• Promoting and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment.
