Access Fully Funded Training

There’s truth in the age-old adage that every day’s a school day. At TMM Recruitment we wholeheartedly believe this should be true. To help you achieve the goal of lifelong learning we have partnered with The Skills Network (TSN) to offer a host of free courses.

TSN is an online learning and skills training provider. Our partnership with TSN gives you the opportunity to explore new skills and learning opportunities. The short, accredited courses cover a wide variety of topics and are funded by the Scottish Funding Council.

TSN offers you the chance to develop knowledge and skills which could be of benefit in the workplace. The courses cover topics that range from environmental sustainability to digital marketing to name but two.

Learners can choose to undertake courses that relate to their personal development too. Options available via TSN include understanding children and young people’s mental health and understanding common childhood illnesses.

With 46 courses on offer in Scotland, there’s likely to be something for everyone: Check out the available courses.

Training with TSN is learner-led and assessment based. You can spend as much time as you want or are able to each week. You’ll also receive support from a dedicated Learner Support Adviser and subject specialist tutor throughout.

The learning opportunities are nationally recognised qualifications. You choose what you study and when. There’s no limit on how many courses you choose to complete. The only stipulation is that you must finish one course before starting the next.

To qualify to access the courses you need to meet the following criteria:

• 16+ as of 31 August 2022.
• Lived in the UK or EU for more than 3 years.
• Not in full-time education.
• Not currently enrolled in an equivalent course.
• Not completed the same course previously.
