I came to TMM Recruitment after graduating in LLB Law, looking for a role that would allow my flamboyant optimism to shine through. I have an affinity for a fast-paced, people-facing role where I can make a real difference. I’m a proud cheerleader for my candidates and provide a dedicated and well-informed service to my clients. I recruit for both our Legal and Office Support specialisms, and couldn’t think of anything better suited to my career background and personality.

What I Love About My Job
Building genuine, meaningful relationships is by far the best part of my job. Being there for my candidates through the good and bad times, and catching up with my clients to brainstorm creative ways to address their recruitment needs. It’s not often people can say their day at work feels like catching up with old friends – but I’m lucky to say I can.
Personal Touch
I'm an old soul at heart, and my perfect weekend consists of a trip to the garden centre to find my latest greenhouse project; a cup of tea and one of my homebakes, followed by reading on the sofa with my dog-baby Daisy on my lap in matching pyjamas before a strict 9pm bedtime (for me, not her). I love musical theatre and going to a weekly quiz night. My friends and I have recently completed every escape room in Aberdeen, so we are now focusing our tactical brainpower on challenges further afield - all suggestions welcome!

Known for being outgoing, helpful, and a real “get-stuck-in” teammate, Abbie brings infectious energy to everything she does. She’s also known for her kindness—a trait recognised as far back as school, when she was awarded the Bethan Webb Award for being warm and approachable. Motivated by a genuine interest in others, her goal is to make a real impact, persistently see projects through to their conclusion and help others.
