If You Don't Do The Work It's Just No Fun

Throughout his career, Craig's developed fortitude that stands him in good stead working in recruitment.

His career started in retail sales, interacting with customers and providing an in-person experience that focused on great customer care. He then transitioned into an account management role where he had greater autonomy to negotiate and problem solve. With a genuine desire to help people, Craig made a dramatic career shift by joining the police force, working in Aberdeen city and shire for over 5 years.

This quiet gentleman is a tough cookie. Taking up boxing when he was 11, Craig won a Scottish kickboxing title when he was 18 and holds 4 gold medals for Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Martial arts training taught Craig that "if you don't do the work it's just no fun", and that discipline and hard work lead to success.

It's not all work and no play though, family time is very important to Craig and he's found a happy home of fellow dog lovers here, as the apple of his eye is his Sharberian canine companions, Cody and Nala.
