    Advertising & Skills Matching

    Through our resourcing channels we target active job seekers and engage with passive talent, people who are not actively searching but are ready to talk with a recruiter they trust. If you opt for a branded campaign we’ll design that for you too.

    Screening & Shortlisting

    Our process includes an interview to discuss experience and expectations. Skills matching, qualification checks and “Right to Work in the UK” compliance. Our CVs include a constructive appraisal of every professional we shortlist for you.

    Interview & Assessment

    We schedule the interviews and can propose effective questioning strategies if you’d like guidance on conducting a really effective interview. We offer a complimentary panel member service to employers who use us on an exclusive basis.

    Assess & Select

    At second interview, for certain roles, we recommend psychometric assessment to support the best hiring decision. Once you’ve identified the successful applicant we confirm the job offer and take references. We also feedback to the unsuccessful applicants.

    Post-placement Promise

    Your offer of employment has been accepted. We’re pleased and won’t cut and run, staying in touch throughout temporary assignments (managing payroll, pension and AWR requirements) and for the first 12 weeks of a permanent appointment.

    Replacement Guarantee

    In exceptional circumstances, if a placed candidate leaves within 12 weeks’ of their start date we guarantee to seek an equivalent replacement at no extra cost to you.

  • Who handles my recruitment?

    Someone who really understands the discipline you are recruiting for. Our recruiters work in specialist teams which means you benefit from depth of knowledge and breadth of network.

  • Do you work in my sector?

    We focus on recruitment for specific professions and that means we can work across all sectors. That’s of great benefit to employers who are seeking transferrable skills from out with their industry.

  • Is my business too small for you to work with?

    No business is too small to benefit from great recruitment. We work with businesses from single person start-ups to international corporations.

  • What is the process of finding staff for my business?

    The first step is to contact us. From there we’ll talk you through the process (see above) which you’ll discover is straight forward and effective, there’s an overview of what we do here.

  • How much will it cost?

    No placement = no fee. For permanent appointments the fee is based on an agreed % of the annual starting salary. For temporary assignments it is calculated as a % of the hourly/daily costs relating to the agency worker. These will be explained by your recruitment consultant, as will the implications of Agency Worker Regulations (AWR).

  • I’m looking for a temp, can you help?

    Absolutely! We provide temporary, contract and permanent recruitment services, and have around 200 professionals currently working on temporary assignments through us.

Whether it is a permanent or temp vacancy the team understand if there is an urgency and turn around CVs very quickly. This is crucial when carrying out recruitment activities in such a fluid industry. The service and efficiency from TMM Recruitment are second to none.
