Thorpe Molloy McCulloch are working exclusively with an independent upstream company, supporting them in their recruitment search for an Accounts Payable Assistant. This is a 6-month temporary position based in Aberdeen City Centre. Our client is looking for candidates with previous experience within a similar role, as well as, no / short notice periods.

    

Main duties and responsibilities

 

  • Processing invoices.
  • Making payments to suppliers.
  • Answering any queries by phone or email, statements.
  • Adding new suppliers on to the system.

    

Applicants to this role require

  • Background in accounts payable.
  • Good Excel knowledge.
