Accounting Assistant - VR/24595
Accounting Assistant required on a long-term temporary basis to join leading oil and gas services provider. Individuals who are eager to gain varied accounting experience are encouraged to apply to this role. With a focus on accounts receivable being a key element of this role, those with demonstrable experience in sales invoicing will be considered.
Working closely with the Finance Manager, this could offer a developmental opportunity for someone looking to gain all round accounting experience. It could also suit an experienced individual who can hit the ground running.
Mainly focusing on accounts receivable, your duties will include, but not limited to:
- Preparing and posting journals.
- Maintaining general ledger.
- Variance analysis on a monthly basis for budgets.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Expense account reconciliations.
- Accounts Payable.
Individuals should show enthusiasm and a desire to learn and be capable of working and maintaining relationships across reporting levels.
Past exposure to Navision would be advantageous.
