AR Assistant Accountant - 12 months - VR/23725
12-month contract for an AR Assistant Accountant based in Westhill. The desired candidate will have a background in accounts receivable, balance sheet reconciliation, receipt of payment and control, billings and processing billing information.
Reporting to the AR Team Lead your role will include:
Main duties and responsibilities
- Preparing intercompany and intracompany invoices.
- Seeking appropriate approval invoices.
- Distributing the invoices to the relevant entities and appropriate recording in system.
- Data cleansing of AR and Balance Sheet Accounts.
- Reconciling key balance sheet accounts.
- Recording new intercompany projects.
- Maintaining Intercompany Service Desk.
- Processing intercompany and intracompany receipts.
- Assisting with external sales invoices and receipts.
- Key player in quarterly reconciliation process.
- Intercompany aged debt follow-up.
- Making improvements to intercompany billing process.
- Meeting key internal control requirements.
