Specialising in media production and digital content, the company partners with clients across a range of industries to deliver engaging communication solutions. The role involves a blend of strategic planning and hands-on sales activity, working closely with internal teams in a collaborative, people-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting market research to identify opportunities for business expansion.
- Generating leads through networking, outreach, events, and digital channels.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations.
- Leading commercial negotiations and securing new business.
- Implementing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Using CRM tools to manage leads, pipelines, and reporting.
- Working cross-functionally with other departments to align commercial efforts.
- Tracking key metrics to evaluate and refine business development activity.
About You:
- Background in business development or sales with a track record of achieving results.
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Strategic and commercially minded with a focus on outcomes.
- Highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot.
- Willingness to travel for meetings, events, and client engagement.
