• Provide pricing and delivery information to support the estimating team in constructing timely and accurate bids/proposals.
• Negotiate favourable commercial terms with suppliers to ensure competitiveness in our onward pricing to customers whilst maintaining fairness and integrity.
• Develop and maintain a proactive approach to sourcing, selecting and developing suppliers including formal vendor register and assessment processes.
• Place purchase orders for goods and services and expedite delivery as required.
• Maintain all necessary systems, procedures and processes to ensure that QHSE standards are met.
• Developing and implementing systems of materials/inventory control.

Liaise with other members of the production and commercial teams as necessary to ensure that high levels of internal and external customer service are provided.
