We are seeking a Buyer (permanent or 12-month fixed-term contract) to manage purchasing, ensuring timely delivery of goods and supporting operational needs. Strong organisational and communication skills, with experience in ERP systems, are essential.

   

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Managing requisitions and convert them into purchase orders.
  • Tracking and monitoring orders, resolving discrepancies as they arise.
  • Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintaining accurate purchasing records and support reporting.
  • Helping manage inventory and identify trends or issues affecting procurement.

                

About you:

  • Experience in a similar role and accustomed to a fast-paced environment.
  • ERP experience.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
