Main duties and responsibilities:

• Carrying out spray painting to agreed standards.
• Performing all aspects of coating projects safely and efficiently.
• Applying knowledge of coating systems and required micron levels.
• Operating, cleaning, and maintaining painting equipment (including spray systems, pumps, and PPE).
• Conducting painting inspections and completing documentation in line with procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.

Applicants to this role require:

• High attention to detail.
• Experience with masking and protecting critical areas.
• Solid understanding of high-performance coatings.
• Proven experience across surface preparation, painting, finishing, and maintenance.
• Ability to interpret basic coatings scope documents.
• Previous painting experience essential.
• Forklift (B2) licence desirable, but not essential.
