Contracts Analyst - VR/31462
URGENT REQUIREMENT: A Contracts Analyst is needed on a 1-3 month contract to provide immediate contracting expertise, advice and coordination across a variety of agreements. The role will ensure compliance, governance and the smooth delivery of fast-moving projects within the energy transition sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiating and managing a range of contracts including commercial agreements, NDAs, MOUs and collaboration agreements.
- Providing contractual advice to support tendering, awarding and managing contracts.
- Identifying and flagging contractual risks, supporting the team in finding practical solutions.
- Assisting project managers with contractual matters during live projects.
- Coordinating input from external legal advisors where required.
- Supporting procurement activity, ensuring compliance with policy and legislation.
- Maintaining and updating the contracts register.
- Managing contract documentation and systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Drafting and reviewing agreements linked to ongoing projects and programmes.
- Ensuring work is aligned with internal processes and policies.

- Experienced in contract negotiation and management.
- Able to identify risks and provide practical solutions.
- Strong organisational skills, comfortable handling multiple priorities.
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
