Contracts Coordinator - VR/32119
A permanent opportunity to join a company as Contracts Coordinator based in Ellon on a permanent, full-time basis with hybrid working available. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract processes and be comfortable working with a range of internal stakeholders.
As Contracts Coordinator, you will assist with the coordination and management of commercial contracts across the company’s operations. Working closely with both operational and commercial teams, you will help ensure contracts are administered effectively, contractual risks are identified, and project delivery is supported.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the administration and management of commercial contracts.
- Supporting contract review processes and contributing to negotiations.
- Working alongside operational and commercial stakeholders to monitor contractual obligations and mitigate risks.
- Ensuring contract documentation is maintained accurately and in line with company procedures.
About You:
- A Law degree or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in a similar role, ideally within offshore, subsea, or energy sectors.
- Knowledge of contract terms, compliance requirements, and risk management principles.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to identify solutions and support business needs.
