Key Responsibilities:

• Managing tendering and sourcing activities, including preparation of RFP documentation, leading evaluations and negotiations, and securing internal approvals.
• Drafting, issuing and executing contracts using company templates.
• Overseeing post-award contract management from kick-off to close-out, ensuring compliance with company and joint venture requirements.
• Providing contractual advice, support and interpretation to stakeholders, engaging with legal and other SMEs as required.
• Supporting the management of contractor performance, KPIs, claims and disputes.
• Maintaining accurate contract and procurement records within SAP and other systems.
• Representing the supply chain function at internal tender board meetings.
• Building effective relationships with internal teams and external contractors to support project delivery and business objectives.

About You:

• Experienced in UKCS contracting practices, with a solid understanding of contract law, terms and conditions.
• Skilled in managing the full contract lifecycle – from tendering through to post-award administration.
• Background in supply chain management within the energy sector, ideally with exposure to both operator and contractor environments.
• Confident working in a fast-paced setting with competing priorities.
• Strong communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders across technical, legal, finance and HES disciplines.
• Proficient user of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
