A growing workload has created the need for an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal to join the Commercial Property Department within the Aberdeen City Centre headquarters of this legal firm. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
• Support part exchange and plot sale activities on behalf of housebuilder clients.
• Prepare and review conveyancing documentation and legal paperwork.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties throughout transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and case files using case management systems.
• Assist with transaction completions and post-completion administration.

Applications to this role require:

• Previous experience working as a Paralegal is essential.
• Experience within conveyancing and residential property transactions would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to perform effectively in a busy environment and work to deadlines.
