A growing, internationally focused organisation is strengthening its Corporate Finance capability with the appointment of a Corporate Finance Analyst. This is a newly created, permanent opportunity based in Dyce, offering hybrid working and excellent exposure to strategic activity across the group.

     

Working within an experienced team, the role offers a strong platform for development, mentorship and progression. This role offers the chance to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to high-value, strategically important projects.

      

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing quarterly Board materials, including insightful analysis to support decision-making.
  • Partnering with regional management teams to analyse financial performance and present findings to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Supporting the execution of M&A activity aligned to the group’s strategic growth plans.
  • Collaborating with external advisors including corporate finance, legal, tax and insurance specialists.
  • Assisting with post-acquisition integration, including tracking operational and financial performance.
  • Supporting acquisitions through financial due diligence, market research and valuation modelling.

      

About You:

  • Experience in corporate finance, transactions and strategic analysis.
  • strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to a range of stakeholders.
  • Working towards, or qualified in, a relevant professional qualification (e.g. CA, ACCA, CFA).
  • Proactive, commercially minded and keen to learn within a fast-paced environment.
