An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Corporate Finance Analyst to join Thorpe Molloy’s client, a leading Oil service company based in Aberdeen. As a Qualified Chartered Accountant, you will be involved in a broad range of accounting areas but primarily with a Corporate Finance and Business Planning focus. More information on key duties/responsibilities can be found below:
- Strategic business planning and financial modelling.
- Budgeting and reporting.
- Joint Venture accounting.
- Extensive financial analysis of projects.
- Forecasting and accurate projections (5 year plan).
- Responsible for in-depth market analysis.
- Transactional due diligence.
- Handling queries in effective manner.
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly board packs .
- Investor relations, including presentations/coordination of process.
- Liaison with Banks/Lawyers on credit situation and refinancing.
- Liaison with Commercial team and stakeholders to present information.
- Ensuring effective document control system to maintain information.
To be considered for this role you must be a fully qualified Chartered Accountant.
