Coordinate global crew mobilisation, working across projects to ensure the right people are deployed. This Aberdeen-based, year-long contract assignment is ideal for someone with personnel logistics experience looking for a fast-paced, international role.

     

We’re supporting a leading international energy services organisation in the appointment of a Crewing Coordinator.

      

This is a key role within a busy team, responsible for coordinating personnel across global projects and ensuring effective mobilisation of offshore teams.

      

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate personnel assignments across offshore projects (UK and international).
  • Liaise with Project Managers and offshore teams regarding crew mobilisation, availability, and performance.
  • Support the selection and deployment of both permanent and agency personnel.
  • Work closely with internal recruitment and personnel logistics teams to ensure seamless mobilisation and demobilisation.
  • Ensure personnel meet all required competency standards, certifications, and training requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records within internal crewing systems.
  • Build strong working relationships across global operations teams.
  • Provide guidance on employee-related matters in collaboration with HR.

      

About You:

  • Experience within the offshore energy sector.
  • Background in personnel logistics, crewing, or resource coordination.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems.
  • Previous experience supporting ROV or offshore technical teams (desirable).
