Customer Service Representative - VR/32568
Customer Service Representative role within a fast-paced commercial environment, supporting customer enquiries, order processing and delivery coordination. A permanent opportunity in Westhill for a proactive and organised individual who enjoys a visible role at the centre of the customer experience.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via telephone and email. Process customer quotations and orders using internal systems.
- Manage order pipelines and maintain accurate customer records.
- Coordinate customer-specific order requirements, including the use of customer portals.
- Handle documentation associated with customer orders.
- Provide updates on order status, delivery schedules and proof of delivery requests.
- Support expediting activities to ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements.
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports and other administrative records.
- Ensure all customer information is accurate and up to date.
- Build strong working relationships with customers and colleagues to support service delivery.
Applicants to this role require
- Previous experience in a customer service, internal sales or order processing environment.
- Experience using an ERP system.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workload effectively in a busy environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive and customer-focused approach.
