The Finance & Administration Manager role is focused on leading the company’s financial administration, bookkeeping, reporting, and day-to-day office operations to ensure the business runs efficiently and remains financially organised. The position is responsible for managing payments, invoicing, reconciliations, procurement coordination, ERP systems, and executive support while maintaining strong operational and compliance standards. Alongside the finance function, the role also supports HR, HSE, quality assurance, and business administration, making it a key position within the company’s overall operations.

     

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day finance and bookkeeping activities including invoice processing, payments, reconciliations, expense tracking, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare financial reports, maintain accurate records, and support compliance and reporting requirements.
  • Oversee office administration and ensure business processes and documentation are organised and efficient.
  • Coordinate procurement, supplier communication, and logistics administration.
  • Support HR, compliance, HSE, and quality administration activities, ensuring records remain up to date.
  • Maintain and support ERP and business systems, ensuring data accuracy and effective day-to-day use.
  • Provide executive and operational support including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and general business administration.

      

About You:

  • Previous experience in finance, bookkeeping, office management, or business administration.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
  • Confident using ERP systems, accounting software, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable improving processes and ways of working.
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and collaborative approach.
