Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you'll provide valuable financial insight that supports commercial decision-making while helping to drive continuous improvement across the finance function.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the annual planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Preparing monthly performance reports and delivering insightful financial analysis.
• Producing robust forecasts and ensuring reporting deadlines are achieved.
• Building strong relationships with stakeholders across finance and the wider business.
• Supporting shareholder and management reporting requirements.
• Identifying opportunities to enhance financial reporting and improve processes.
• Analysing financial performance to support business decisions.

To be successful, you'll have:

• Previous experience in a Finance Analyst, FP&A or commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn financial data into meaningful insights.
• Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and management reports.
• Advanced Excel skills and confidence using financial reporting systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• An accounting qualification, or be working towards one, would be advantageous.
