TMM is partnering exclusively with a valued client to appoint a Finance Manager on a part-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong commercial and financial acumen to play a key role in shaping and leading their financial operations.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage their Finance Team, providing guidance and support.
- Drive financial operations and ensure robust financial management.
- Contribute strategically, supporting decision-making across the organisation.
What they’re looking for:
- A qualified Accountant with proven experience in finance leadership.
- Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.
- A collaborative leader who can inspire and develop a team.
- Experience in the third sector is advantageous, but not essential.
