You’ll be at the centre of their business, a member of the region’s Senior Leadership Team, and report directly to the regional Managing Director. You’ll lead all regional financial processes, present to the regional board, ensure compliance with group policies, actively participate in build and sales meetings, and help shape their future land strategy.

This is a hands-on role that requires astute financial management and the application of practical insights to ensure that risks are managed, and strategic decisions are financially sound. Sector experience is not essential.
